Hi, I'm planning to buy a Flat in a project completed 2 years ago from land owners share. The project is a joint development between the builder and the landowners and they have registered the Joint Development Agreement(JDA). There are three land owners Mother and her two sons. After the project got completed, land owners got a share of 50 Flats in equal ownership for all three. Now only Mother have given SPA to their Manager (Her sons didn't sign the SPA as they were out of town). Can i go ahead with Agreement of Sale mentioning that by the time of Registration other two owners (her sons) should give SPA to their manager and then only registration can happen?

I have filed a case in Mumbai city civil court in 2013, The notice motion was issued. My advocate had not mentioned the prayer in the notice motion so it had come for Chamber Summons. My advocate had not been appearing for a long time so I now have no advoate. Also the defendant is not appearing nor his advocate is appearing. Please let me know if I will get justice in terms of my arrears in salary and also reinstatement.

Can you please elaborate on the law with regards to workplace bullying since I have been subjected to it in the last 1.5 years. I was a target of my supervisor who yelled at me constantly, put me down in front of peers, spread stories in the leadership team about my non performance which stressed me out completely. How could I protect my rights as a employee against a hostile workplace? Please note that I had requested my supervisor to take me off the projects that the bully was leading.

Hi ! recently i have started a online shopping store which sell clothes, accessories, footwear of both men and women. So, basically what i am doing here is I am sourcing my product from outside of india. My supplier/wholesaler are located in different part of globe i.e. australia, new zealand, us, uk, spain, china what i am doing here is. 1. I display there product on my site using there website data feed. ok? 2. now what customer do customer order on my site.ok? 3. then i forward order of customer product to one of the supplier site. ok? 4. supplier ships the product to customer directly. 5. I keep my commission. to be more clear My working is a supply chain management method in which I will not keep goods in stock but instead transfers customer orders and shipment details to either the manufacturer, another retailer, or a wholesaler, located in different part of globe ,who then ships the goods directly to the customer. So, my concern here is do i need to charge GST to customer at the checkout? as i need to pay GST on my commission right? how will my taxation work? how GST thing will work around?. I did some research and i found that I don't need to have any import export licence. I have registered under sole proprietorship hope this will do for this kind of business!.. if not then please guide me in the forming entity. Custom duties are responsibility of customer and i have mentioned it clearly on my site.
