Myself Zubin Kureshi I am working with one of the leading bank I see that private sector bank give unrealistic business targets to lower level employee which invite unusual business practices, fraud and health of employee. 1. Health Issue: As per my view More than 50% of total employee of private sector bank suffered from Sugar, Blood Pressure and other illness and 75% of total employee suffered from depression 2. Accidental Issue: Many employees suffered from accident and injury because of work pressure given by superior 3. Payment Issue: They pressurize employee to work after office hour and never pay overtime, incentives etc. 4. Family Issue: Many time they call after office hours and disturb the family life of employee. Thousands of people work for Private sector bank and most of them suffered from the above issue and illness. Age group of the people who suffered the above issue are 21 to 35 years so I can say that for the sake of profit they are harming youth population I wish to take action against the above point then kindly guide me do we have any laws?

Can you please elaborate on the law with regards to workplace bullying since I have been subjected to it in the last 1.5 years. I was a target of my supervisor who yelled at me constantly, put me down in front of peers, spread stories in the leadership team about my non performance which stressed me out completely. How could I protect my rights as a employee against a hostile workplace? Please note that I had requested my supervisor to take me off the projects that the bully was leading.

My sister got married after 8 years of knowing a boy. But, immediately after marriage, his sister's influence on him raised. Her counselling started converting him against my sister. My sister is a working woman and she is transferring her entire salary to her father-in-law, every month. Initially, they were torturing my sister mentally. Like, abusing now and then, for even smaller things, creating issues on lies, etc. Now, my sister is having a 6-month old baby. Recently, their harassment has exceeded the limits and he has started to beat her. We have the photographs of the injury caused. Other than that, we do not have any proofs of the whatever I have told you. What ever they do, they did carefully. For the outside world, they try to look as if they are really good and make my sister bad. Sometimes, we get a feel that they are doing that intentionally and cleverly. Torture her mentally, which cannot be proved legally and make her say, she want divorce and get their son marry again for high dowry. We do not want divorce. We want the Old guy who was good and we want my sister's family a happy family. They will be good if his sister do not interfere in their family. I think, if we can show a clause in law, where the guy cannot get married for second time, even after divorce, they will stop doing all those and think about the family with my sister. They will change. Please help me, Is there any clause in IPC, where husband will not be allowed for second marriage even after divorce ? If so, how can we apply it. Or is there any other way, we can solve the problem. Thank you.

Recently the Indian Supreme Court held that even if there is no conclusive medical opinion, (which is so often in case a married woman gets raped) the accused could not be acquitted of the charge. What are the kinds of circumstantial evidence the courts are going to keep in mind while holding the accused guilty in a rape case? Also, i hear that apart from scratch marks/injuries etc, the two-finger test (or the cylindrical rod that is inserted in the vagina) continues to be important tests conducted on rape victims. I'm sure in more developed countries virginity is a rare phenomenon among unmarried girls--so, how does rape get established in those countries? is the law different? Or am i just imagining that the plight of rape victims is better in U.K/U.S.A etc?

Sex workers in West Bengal were recently denied setting up Durga Pooja pandal by the police administration. Considering the success of Durga Pooja pandal in Sonagachi, sex workers across the State planned to set up pandal this year but police administration refused to grant permission at the very last moment. Not only did they refuse permission to put up pandal but also imposed an onerous condition of seeking approval from either High Court or the Chief Minister. This appears to be an administrative order but given the dilution of law which Kraipak brought about between administrative orders and quasi-judicial orders, authorities ought to have offered hearing to sex workers atleast before they took decision on their cause. Do you think hearing ought to have been offered to sex workers in this case before administration refused them to set up Pandals, and if yes, is there a violation of Article 14 of the Indian Constitution?
