Hello Sir, This is sai kumar from Hyderabad my parents purchased 120sq yards of land in year 1982 and constructed house in year 1993 as of now we completed with 1st floor and some ground floor renovation is going on. Recently I was going through my land documents and to my suprise i did not found any building permission document My parents are uneducated and have zero knowledge on building permission. They thought layout is enough for constructing the house. Now am grown up and looking into the issue for best possible solutions. Below are the details regarding my issue. 1. Land was purchased in 1982 with confirmed layout and it comes under GHMC ( Greater Hyderabad Municipal Coorporation) 2. My area comes under FTL ( Full Tank Level). 3. Constructed G+1 building. From 1993 to 2014 we had only ground floor. In 2015 we started 1st floor and construction was completed. 4. Paying Tax from 1994 have all bills and documents regarding. NOW I NEED BUILDING PERSMISSION FROM OUR LOCAL MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY. > How do i get the permission from municipal office ? > Whom do i approach ? > What are things and precautions i need to take care ? Thanks in Adavance. Sai Kumar.

my grand father gifted part of his property to me by registered gift deed. two years ago, which i done mutation in mcd office also. my grand father has 3 sons, 2 daughter. in his old age i m looking after him of all his needs. so he gifted me some part of property, rest of property has a registered will also, in will same part of property is on my name also, but to make more lawful, my grand father gifted to me that part. As he is still alive, he wants to know, can any of his sons & daughter can challenge that gift deed. He doesnt want anyone challenging my right on the property, after his death. Is there any more document which can be saved?

I am a hindu girl, Physiotherapist and got married in Dec 2014. It was an arrange marriage. We live in joint family. Family members are good and understanding. My husband had already given me hint regarding his mom's behaviour even before our marriage, and after our marriage as described by him his mom's tantrums started...she used to taunt me for every minute thing, be it any household chores or any post marriage rituals. She is very interfering and demands to be updated on every private matter between husband and wife (even on sex between us)...her taunts are very frustrating for me....within two years of my marriage I am depressed so much that I started thinking about ending my life. I have discussed this with my husband, he always tries his best to sort out the matter with his mother but when one matter get sorted after few days she comes up with something new. She has a dual face character, she shows showers of love and care on her daughter in laws when male members of family are at home and when everyone goes on their respective workplace she comes in her original avatar. I tried my best to adjust with her nature to maintain the peace in family but day by day it has become difficult for me. Because of her dual nature it becomes difficult to prove the situation in front of my husband and also every time I can not keep complaining about her to my husband as she is ultimately his Mother. Even my father in law is helpless, rather he requests his daughter in laws only to tolerate her, because she had attempted suicide twice in past. Now, with due permission from my in laws and my husband I am at my mom's place to look after her as she is suffering from cancer but my mother in law is threatening me to come back or else her son will break this marriage. She also abused my parents . Once again I kept this matter in front of my husband, and once again he supported me and said he will talk to his mom. I am still at my mom's place, she is recovering from chemotherapy and radiation may be required further. My husband is physician and knows course of treatment very well. Looking at my husband and other members of family I do not want to take any extreme decision like divorce ( or worst - suicide) but it is actually becoming difficult to adjust with my mother in law. When in future I will go back to my in laws, (once my mom get cured ) mother in law will create big drama and tantrums on me. Her taunts will be more than just abuse, they will be actual mental torture for me. There is a limit to my tolerance, someday or other I will start back answering her and then there will start the big Indian family drama of arguments, emotional tantrums and already being a drama queen she can again use her lethal weapon of attempting suicide. Now here my questions are- 1) Should I part my ways from my husband because of his mother (my husband will not leave his mother and even I do not want peace at the cost of their seperation) ? 2) In future during any heated argument if she attempts suicide then will I be guilty ? (I am a helpless victim actually) 3) Can I lodge any complain against her ? 4) Is there any law for daughter in laws like me who wants to protect their marriage and family without getting depressed by such mother in law? Please advice. Thanks and regards

The builder had taken initial deposit for sale of plot. The builder had not completely acquired the land from the farmers and had closed the office.

I had lodged the compliant with the Economic Offence Wing. HOW TO RECOVER MONEY OR TAKE POSSESSION OF THE PLOT?
Kindly note that my wife and I were required to bring all the documents under sec 124 of Cr.P.C.

P.S. Sec 17, Chandigarh initially refused to accept it on the ground that it was been centralised at Head Quarters. However, on my insistence, they received a copy of the written complaint. Later on, I submitted a copy with Head Quaters. Did not receive anything in writing or telephonic advice despite reminder emails.

Query 1: What will happen if case is transferred or taken up by EOW?
Consumer Court had last year convicted two officials of UK Homes Ltd for 2 years simple imprisonment as they failed to appear in recovery proceedings.

Query 2: I want to file case against the broker and the previous owner cum seller also for cheating in connivance with the builder.

Query 3: What are the chances of recovery from the broker and seller as they have not absconded.
