Hi, I am planning to purchase a property (resale) in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad area. The identified property is a joint one in which there are two people, Mr X and Mrs Y ( X and Y are husband & wife, both are Hindu). Mr X has died in 2007, December.Mr X and Mrs Y has three children (One son and two daughter). Mr X doesn't have any registered will. The document that the son posses is the Death certificate and registry. My question is what all are the essential documents required during purchase of such property and in what ways such property can be legally purchased (like succession certificate, survivor certificate, legal heirs certificate etc) Just a side note, we have already given a minimum token money for the same. So we wanted to know the fastest as well purest legal way in which this deal can be closed.

I am having an affair with a girl aged 19 years old. I am 18 years old and our affair is going on since 2 years but the girl's parents are against. Her mom keeps her torturing, taunting, abbusing, hitting her. She once ran from her house and came to me. My parents took us to the local police station to intimate that she came on her own. THe police told us that we have to drop the girl back to her house because I was under-age and when we dropped girl back home her mom gave us a warning that she will get me arrested somehow if i came near her. This love affair is not accepted in their family. My family is ready to accept the girl but due to these issues, we are having a hard time, especially for her because her mom keeps annoying her daily. So my question is that is there any other way we could be together as couple offically.

Hi there, My grandfather has a property in Delhi. He died in 1987 and left a will notorised executed at Jaipur. My Grandfather had 6 children, 3 sons (2 have expired in late 90s) and one alive son.3 daughters all present currently. The property in question consists of 2 floors, where two of his sons family lives. (one Deceased and one alive son). Both of these parties approached rest of the people to settle the property amicably as per Grandfathers will which stated that this property should be settled in 1/3 proportion each to his three sons. We requested the 3 aunts to sign a Relienqishment deed favoring 3 brothers which they are not signing ( and ofcourse consider themselves 1/6 owner in this). What the 2 brothers family's who are currently residing there to demolish the said property and rebuild as the construction is quite old and offer the third brother family also to construct the third floor and enjoy the peaceful possesion. But the problem is that even if we invite the third brother family to come and stay and all three spend money on this, it still wont be legally ours and how do we settle this. what remedy is available to us legally.

This is Ayanjyoti Das. I have been a pharma sales professional for last 12 years. Due to some family health issues I had to leave my job in July 2016. After that I was busy in taking care of my father's health and unable to appear for any interviews for the next job. Subsequently my father's health deteriorated and he died on 7th August. Then onward I started searching for the next job and I got an interview invitation from Lundbeck India Private Limited, HM towers,No 58 1st Floor Brigade road , Bangalore -5600025, as an ASM Kolkata. I have cracked the interview and they sent me the offer letter on 30th August. My joining date was 1st of September. I was very happy as it was a second life for me after a dangerous phase of my life. But all of a sudden in the morning of joining they called me up and said, "We are not going to continue with you and your Offer Letter is withdrawn with immediate effect". I was shocked and repeatedly asked for the reason why the have done so. I have not hidden a single thing about me and I expressed my current situation and requirement for an immediate job to run my family. End of the day they said to me that,"You have communicated to another probable candidate about company while the selection procedure was going on. That person was unknown to you and you have searched for his profile on Social network sites (FB). This is unethical and we cannot continue with a person like you". I was stunned, then also I pleaded like anything that it was completely unintended and I didnt mean anything harmful about the organisation. But they denied to listen anything from me and stick to there decision. Actually what happened is, the company sent me a communication asking for my testimonials on 26th August, 4 days prior to the offer letter. Incidentally they have sent that mail in reply to some other candidate's mail. I have sent my documents to the company and started searching for that profile on Facebook just for curiosity purpose. I have found him and chatted few words regarding our candidatures and asked him if he also got the same communication or not. It was ended like this before my joining. Now on 31st August night this man has sent this communication to the company and asked them how they can send ones mail to another person. He was worried for his professional secrecy. I am jobless for last two months and I am the elder son of my parents, with my wife, daughter and mother. I have to now head the family after my father's untimely death but I am unable to contribute a single penny for my family. I have communicated to all my friends, relatives and family well wishers who were worried for my future. With all the good wishes and thanks I was going to join a new job and suddenly entire world became dark for me and that too, without my knowledge. I have lost all my social status and my dignity after this cruel behavior of the company. I know, they are not going to give my dignity back, but I want to know, is there a provision to file a case of Defamation against the company for the compensation of my social respect and dignity ? I can provide all the documents to support my complaint. Kindly help, I am helpless.

A parental property consisting of 24 shops has been disposed fraudulently by one of the brothers without authority from other heirs/brothers, in the capacity of Builder. A complaint on the basis of Zerox copies of the, unregistered, Sale/Purchase agreements on a Rs 50/= Stamp paper, signed by him resulted in registration of an M case in the Magistrate Court in 2003 Under section 406, 420, 504, 506 r/w 34 of the IPC. Charge-sheet has been filed in 2004 without the support of Original documents (Sale/Purchase agreements), charges have been framed by the Court and the High Court has also ordered that the case should be decided in 6 months from Sept-2016. Now most of the witnesses, who were Shop owners and who have purchased these shops from my brother, the main accused, have sold their shops to a third party and a few have expired, after registration of the Charge Sheet in 2004 and hence their names don't appear in the Charge sheet. I being the original Complainant moved two applications for issuing of summons for production of original documents like sale/purchase agreements to witnesses who have purchased shops after the registration of the Charge sheet and to the heirs of witnesses who have expired. The applications were accepted and summons have been issued thrice but the witnesses don't appear in the Court. Only one witnesses has appeared during the last 4 dates and has submitted Court verified copies of the documents (Sale/Purchase agreement) but was not allowed to be examined by the PP since the accused, under the pretext that application for issuing summons for production of documents was allow but not for examination and cross. Hence i would request advice from legal experts in Criminal Law that: 1. How should i move further in this matter. 2. How should i gather evidence from witnesses to help my case. 3. In what manner and way should i approach or request my PP to move the case. 4. Since the forgery and fraud is in the form of documented evidence like sale agreements signed by my brother, is there any other way to nail him
