A has sold a property vide registered sale deed to B in 1972. A and B dead. A's legal heir transfered the same property to me me in 2010 vide registered sale deed. Mutation stands in my name since then. Subsequently when I came to know about the transaction between A & B, I requested B' s all legal heir to give a consent deed that they do not have any objection on The transfer happened in 2010 in my favour and such consent deed should be treated as a part of same document of transfer which happened in 2010 in favour of me. Consent deed executed. Such consent deed also registered one. But the consent deed mentioned all previous transfers happened. But it never mentioned that the B's legal heir transfering their rights to me. It merely stamped with rs 250.Please advise me whether vide the consent deed I became the lawful owner of the property transfered to me in 2010. Whether I can transfer the property to other as a owner

The staff before entering in house said that they will leave our ancestor after few months but it is three years now, the staff not living house because my grandaftger told staff not to leave house.
How legally can i evict them ??

Last interest payment was received on 16.11.2018. After that I have asked the party for repayment of principle amount. But I have not received any amount till now.
Please advise from which date the 3 year period of limitation starts for filing civil suite for recovery.

I was driving car and hit a 2 wheeler, I took the victim to the hospital and was willing to pay the medical expenses.

However, since this all happened near outskirts between the way of Bangalore and Coimbatore, the local police and people had an upper hand.
I have paid approximately 1.7 L to the officials there as the were supposed to assist in releasing the vehicle, however, none of that has been helpful and they keep asking for more amount.

Can you please provide some legal guidance here?

It is must we have to consult auditor /CA for this or can be do if the procedrue is correctly followed.
