Dear Sir,

Normally there is no opportunity for adverse possession except saying such possession as illegal possession and a suit may be filed for recovery of such possession.

You need to first acertain that it is an adverse possession. You can still file a suit against the same in civil court for claiming possession

Dear Sir,

Normally adverse possession cannot be claimed over a flat. However the inmate of flat cannot be removed without recourse to law. The landlord must approach to the civil Court and get an order of either eviction or recovery of possession.
