Dear Sir/madam,

As per Section 5[1] of the Foreign Marriage Act 1969, the interested parties are intended to issue a written notice of such an information of gettig married to the Marriage Officer of your District. Receiving which – it gets published in the newspapers, inviting objections if any, from the public at large. In case where no one objects within the prescribed 30 day time period, both the parties willing to marry, can do so in the presence of the Marriage Officer and two witnesses. The issuance of Marriage Certificate after the whole procedure, ensures and declares both the parties as legally wedded Husband and Wife.

Dear Sir/madam,

The issuance of a Caste certificate is reflected in consonance to the caste and the area of residence of his/her fathers and forefathers. The other state registration is generally not allowed because of the reason that your fathers/forefathers have already got a caste certificate issued with respect to falling into a particular category and being inhabitants of a particular native. Therefore, it is always advisable to apply caste certificate in the area of your domicile.
