I earn 54000/- in hand. I have been married since may 2017. now it's evident that I can't live with the wife & I am also not ready to cohabit with her. as I serve in the army I can't leave the premises thus im ready to provide for alternate accommodation also to her. what will be the monthly maintenance I shall be required to pay her including the cost for alternate accommodation ?? kindly quantify the lump-sum amount required to be paid to her.

It depends upon your earning, your liabilities, the financial position of both the parties. In your case the maintenance may vary from 30 percent to 50 percent. Rest on discretion of court. Sidharth 9811776422

In addition to the above mentioned advise, the Court also considers the earning/income of the wife to determine the amount. One cannot arrive at a lumpsum as the Court considers a variety of factors to determine the amount.
