Benefits for LIC Assisstant

I work 80 days only as a temporary assistant lic of India kasganj I file a petition to suprim court for benefit.

In India, there exists no law laying out any distinction between rights of permanent, part time or temporary employees. The benefits for employees largely depend upon the company policies and the same is enclosed in the terms of the company contract. In this case if the company is not providing you some benefit which was to be provided to you according to the employment contract then you may approach the trial court claiming specific performance of the contract. However, you cannot force the company to provide any benefit which was not promised to you initially. In the case of State Of Manipur And Anr vs Ksh. Moirangninthou Singh And Ors[1], the Supreme Court with regard to temporary employees had opined that it has no power to direct grant of benefits payable to the regular employees.
