Benefits of VRS
Sir, I am a railway group 'C' employee, joined this organisation on 21.01.1998. I am 37 years old now. I am going to complete 20 years of service next year. Can I take VRS? What benefit would I get if I take VRS?

The eligibility conditions for VRS have been revised to 20 years’ Qualifying Service and 50-57 years age bracket [Board’s letter No. E(P&A)I-2010/RT-2, available here: http://www.indianrailways.gov.in/railwayboard/uploads/directorate/establishment/E(P%26A)/2017/11_09_2010.pdf], hence you would not be eligible for it.
