Brother arrested for hacking watsapp and facebook
My brother is arrested for hacking WhatsApp and facebook a/c in Nasik now he is in Central jail,session court rejected the bail because judge said many complaints are against him in other cities. what should we do?

Bail is generally rejected when other complaints are also pending against the alleged offender. There might be a possibility of making a case if the complaints against him are not for serious crimes, and he hasn't been convicted in any of the cases previously. [State of Rajasthan v. Balchand, (1977) 4 SCC 308]
