Buyout notice period by gross salary or basic salary
I want to buyout my notice period as mentioned in my offer letter but company is asking for gross salary instead of basic salary should I pay or not?

Sir, this matter is purely governed by the terms and conditions of the contract between you and the company. Please refer to such terms, if they demand you only to pay the basic salary only pay that and not the gross amount. Please give further details of the terms and conditions for better advice.
