Change of name after marriage

Sir.. I am toyaja and all my IDs have my parents surname as toyaja pentakota .. I m married now and instead of changing to my in laws surname .I want to add my husbands name only and not his surnmae as toyaja 'Shankar'. . Is it OK or is my husbands surname compulsary along with it

There is no complusion to do anything with your name or to add your husband's name or his surname to your name, after marriage. You can keep your original name also.
