If a RCR case responent won't appear to court from case filling to decree of orders even order date finished what will be next procedure? How long case goes after order date sent warning notice but first time she rejected post. What will be next steps if she won't appear or if appear to court.

Dear Sir/madam,

As per the general legal procedure, the courts gives the respondent a call 3 times i.e. 3 opportunities to present himself/herself before the court and make submissions. After which the court declares the case one sided and gives the decision in the favour of the other party – which is called Ex-parte Order. No time can be specified but the time required in completing 3 consecutive (non-appearance) hearings will be the approximate  time to wrap up the case.

If RCR does not happen or is not entertained by the other party then it becomes a valid ground for Divorce.
