Defect in Quality of Product
Hi i have purchase adidas shoes but it got some defect so gave to the shop from where i purchased,the shoes is in warranty period..i have the receipt of purchase and receipt when i gave it to the shop for replacement..need advice planning to complaint in consumer court since neither the shop owner nor the adidas is responding since mailed them at care@adidas.com too but no respond

In you mail, do mention the point that you intend to file a complaint to the Consumer Forum. If you do not get any response then fiel a complaint before the District Consumer Forum as defect in the show will be considered as a deficiency in the product which can be presented before the Consumer Forum. Keep the receipt with you as it will be considered as an evidence to show that you have paid the required sum to the shop.
