Due position not given in promotion

I work as a record assistant(estate section) in (Hyderabad) government sector. 5 years ago I was sent on deputation to other section to work as a bill collector with own pay along with me few other colleagues joined as bill collector on deputation we were promised that we will be promoted as a bill collector in my next promotion, few days back i.e on 15-4-2017 I got promotion as a junior assistant which is equivalent to bill collector but I have been transferred to other department whereas all other employees who joined along with me are promoted as bill collector even though there are no enough human resources in this department I want to know why they transferred me to other department in other location. Actually the work of a bill collector is to be done by a person who is of rank junior assistant but they sold those profiles to other people who work as sanitary supervisors. I have been humiliated by my superiors how should I proceed further?

At the first instance you will ha e to call in question the validity of the transfer order as it deprives you of the claim on the post. The action of granting promotion to similarly set of workers can also be called as unfair labour practice .

Sir, the easiest remedy available to you is to approach the Hon’ble High court and institute a

Writ of Mandamus under Article 226 against the office you have been working for. You must

pray for an order to instate you to the correct post.
