What can be done?
Answer 1
Discuss these issues with your superiors or the Human Resource Department in your office. If you intend to file a case against the company for the irregularity, you will have to procure stong evidence to satisfy that, as in your example, the CEO has been directed by his superiors to work like this in contradiction to the terms in his appointment letter. Only then can a person support the point and file a suit.
