Employment dispute

I used a whistleblower mechanism to report workplace bullying, gender discrimination and victimization, as was provided for by the policy in my company. After a month I was told my complaint was baseless, and five days after my employment was terminated without cause. What are my legal options? I hope this post is anonymous.
