employment termination

if an employee have fill wrong date of joining in employment verification form after this can employer remove his service for this type of misconduct.

In a private organisation set up, an employee and employer relationship is based on the terms of the contract entered between them. I am personally of the view that filing wrong date of joining in an employment verification form is not such great misconduct for which an employer would terminate your employment.
