Extortion of money by university

I took admission in galgotias university and gave 50k fee for ma economic program through demand draft but I don't took any class and cancelled my registration but now they are not giving my money back.This university is fake many students money they haven't returned after filling a case in court to. What to do as advocate s fee is too expensive without surity of winning the case.
