Dear, Sir. A company asked me to give staffs to them, now I have to give staff in that company. So my question is " What legal work I have to do for providing in a company ?" Company agreed to pay the staff salary + their PF & ESI + my charges.

This case indicates that you are acting as an agent to the company; there exists a principal-agent relationship between you and the company. As under S. 182 of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 [1]an ‘agent’ is a person employed to do any act for another. In this case since you have been employed to provide staff to the company you may be said to be acting as an agent for the company. In India a written document is not necessary to create a contract of agency and it may be inferred from the circumstances and conduct of the parties. However, it is advisable that you enter into a written contract of agency with the company, laying down all the significant terms, to prevent any legal complexities in future.
