Legal action against Black Magic?
Hello respected sir, if a person is badly physically injured due to black magic or some super natural power, and the victim knows the culprit, under theses circumstances how the victim would prove and book the culprit and throw him behind the bars? Any information pertaining to this question is highly appreciated. Thank you

To put a peron behind bars, you will have to provide evidence to the court to prove that the act has been done by the accused. There is no legal provision mentioning black magic and the punishments against it.
Hence, if you can prove before and convince the court that this person has caused hurt to the victim, you can go ahead and file a complaint.
