Limitation period for filing MFA /WP in high court

As per the Second Division of Schedule to the Limitation Act, 1963[http://www.advocatekhoj.com/library/bareacts/limitation/division2.php?Title=Limitation Act, 1963&STitle=Appeals], for civil appeals, a limitation period of 90 days is applicable [for details, see, http://www.advocatekhoj.com/library/bareacts/limitation/division2.php?Title=Limitation Act, 1963&STitle=Appeals].  However, as per Section 5, the period of limitation, except for appeals made under Order XXI of the Code of Civil Procedure can be extended on showing of sufficient cause.
