Motor Vehicles accident

Hi, In Feb'14 , I met with an accident, was driving(Car) back to home and had collision with Truck. Was badly inured and immediately rushed to hospital. In the meanwhile(surprisingly), truck driver has lodged an FIR against me, I have been produced in front of court, case was decided and we have done the compromise in court. Have fine with Rs 500 by court(12th April 2014). Now, I am applying for Visa(Work Visa for Chile), regarding same, have applied for Police clearance certificate, they have mentioned "He is found involved in Criminal offence" and they have mentioned the details like U\s 279 and status of case i.e. Decided , Fine Rs 500\-. While applying the visa, have submitted this PCC along with my application and also mentioned the observations, that it was a road accident. My query, whether it will impact my visa application? As it is not heinous offence and although we have done the compromise in court. How Embassy of Chile, will look into it?.
