Dear all, I got a new job so I have puten my resignation in my current company and they have asked to survive the notice period of 30 days and mentioned the last date of working. But now they are warning me to extend notice period due to not much good performance. So could they can that and increase it? What is the solution of it please help?

First get your appointment letter and if there no such condition stated they can not put such condition now, it's contrary to the terms and conditions of your appointment.
