i. Do A,B & C require D's signature to sell this property ii. Is ‘D’ still entitled entitled to 1/6th share from this property? If Yes then what is the base of calculation - market value, circle rate or through court based assessor i. In case D refuses, can A,B and C proceed with the sale and deposit the 1/6th of the money in court

If the purchaser is ready, and undivided shares of A, B and C can be sold without the signature of D.
