I and few others have been dealing with a consultancy agency since quite a long time. They have been lying to us about jobs and have trapped us. I want to file a complaint against them but we don't have a solid evidence which can say that they have been cheating us. What I have is a registration reciept with no GSTIN No. or registration no. of the company. They have been delaying the whole recruitment process with excuses and assurances. The things seem fishy because they invited us for interview and hence immediate placement. After the interview and registration at their agency they gave few people a location of company where they had to go through interviews and were offered salary less than what was told by the agency. Few people were given addresses of fake companies as well. Is it enough reason to form a case? What can we do here? Please help.
