I actually need Ma favour regarding my moot court issue my problem is about voulantarily eloping of a minor girl of 16 years with her boyfriend of 21 years who later got married according to Hindu rights.. Gals parents were against the marriage and filed an FIR against boy for kidnapping and under section 376 IPC.. I'm from prosecution side in every condition I've to say that there was a kidnap and rape but Im not able to find good judgments supporting my arguments... Pls I need your favour regarding that thing only... Thank you in advance

Check the provisions of POSCO and case laws under the same Act.

If you are on the side of the prosecution then the law in on your side. Vehemently argue that she was a minor and a small town girl who can't be equated to city girl.
