i am planning to purchase AN AGRCULTURAL land from the person “A”. PERSON “A” GOT THIS LAND AS A “GIFT DEED” FROM HER FATHER AND IS REGISTERED UNDER HER NAME .” A” HAS 4 SONS AND 2 DAUGHTERS , OF WHICH ONLY ONE DAUGHTER IS AGAINST THE SALE OF THAT LAND..SO DOES THAT ONE DAUGHTER HAVE ANY RIGHT ON THE GIFTED LAND REGISTERED UNDER HER MOTHER NAME ? AND CAN SHE REVOKE THE GIFT DEED? IS IT SAFE FOR ME TO BUY THE LAND ?
