I was dismissed from service by court martial on 14 Nov 98 which was irrelevant and prejudice as per AFA sec 73 notes 10.2 states that Although the definition of NCO includes an acting NCO A court martial does not deal with acting rank. Due to lack of knowledge and misguided by AIr force authorities I was issued a discharge book on 10 Apr 1999 , a violation of Air force act and air force regulations 1964 Ch- VI section 3 no 293(b)(i). Also a violation of art 21 of constitution of India. Because when I was Court martialed I was Cpl(Acting paid sgt) vK katiyar having the acting rank. All related documents are available with me. Due to limitations act I can't approach to any court. Can I approach to president of India. Please refer and help Thanks
