I have paid 37,900 for byjus regarding gre trail course,and as soon i had cancelled and aksed for refund.they said money will be refunded but till now 4 months completed no money if refunded.if i am asking them they are telling today and tomorrow but money is not refunding.please solve this and plz tell me what to do

Get issue a legal notice and then file a police complaint or file a civil suit.
