Dear Si/ Madam, I am living in a Residential flat in Bangalore. As the construction work of other towers are going on our builder is taking care of the maintenance, which we are paying RS.1.5/- per sq.ft. now because of some defaulters our builder stopped maintaining the society. those who are paid are in struggle now. Is there any option for the builder to stop maintenance because of less than 10% defaulters. need an advice on this
