Sir Society registered Redevelopment agreement with developer in Dec2014. As the condition of the building was dilapidated. No progress is made in Redevelopment work even after 5 year. The managing committee is not taking any action against the developer. The society has also received notice for structural audit and repairing the building as per Report from municipal authority under section 353 B Office bearers are least bothered to do it. During these 5 years the developer in connivance with office bearers have changed the terms and conditions of redevelopment agreement the bank guarantee of 16 crs is completely waived As building conditions have dilapidated it is very difficult to live and their is possibly of loss of life and property. all the other members are silent Please guide me how an individual member may protect his interest.
