NOC for installing Mobile Tower
One mobile company is asking to pay Rs34600 AS NOC fees for installing a mobile tower in my land.I am not interested to pay.Now they threating to take legal action against me.But they never said to pay this amount when I called them.now they sent a letter and claming the amount.can they take legal action against me Please suggest Avijit sarkar

Please examine the terms of the contract between you and the telecom operator. If the contract provides for the payment of the said amount, you will have to pay the same. If the contract provides that all the fees to be paid to the municipality is to be borne by you then you will have to given the said amount. IF nothing like this is mentioned in the contract, you cannot be compelled to make this payment and you can refuse the telecom operator to install the same.
