Notarization of residential property to be leased

The residential property to be let out is in Goa and the owner ( Lessor) is in Bangalore. The Lessee is in Goa. Due to the Pandemic Lessor is unable to travel to Goa and get document notarized. Can the Lease agreement be notarized in Goa ( for Lessee) and in Bangalore ( for owner/Lessor) separately?
