Paternity leave rules

I have asked RTI Questions about paternity leave rules. But I received a reply from PIO. THERE IS NO AVAILABILITY OF MATERIAL FORMAT. So coundn't reply. How can I get paternity leave rules mandatory documents?

Dear Sir/madam,

The person aggrieved by the reply/decision of PIO can make an appeal before the SPIO of the department as per Section 19(1) of the Right to Information Act, 2005. An Appeal is generally made in the form of a formal application and attaching the desired amount of fees in the manner prescribed by the concerned department. But do remember that there is a prescrbed time limit of filing 1st appeal i.e. 30 days from the date of reply by the PIO.
