Payment of Farmer's Compensation to the Builder

Can a builder ask me the buyer of a flat in Noida sect 137 , ask for farmers compensation , we got the posssession on of flat in feb 2016 and a no dues certificate in jan 2016. further the builder is asking the said farmers compensation paid into his current account

If a provision was made for this amount was mentioned in your agreement for sale, you will pay the amount, however, if not, you can file a complaint in the district consumer forum. Usually such an amount is not collected from the buyer, unless stipulated in the agreement for sale. You may legally hold the builder to his original agreed upon price, costs that have not been previously agreed are not part of the contract.
