A document can be admissible by any anyone irrespective of the fact that whether the witness or the presenter was present at the time of making of the document or evidence. It is the authenticity of the document that needs to be proved for its admissibility. The same you can do by bringing the 2nd witness or registrar or any such person who can validate and certify the document.
