Myself Zubin Kureshi I am working with one of the leading bank I see that private sector bank give unrealistic business targets to lower level employee which invite unusual business practices, fraud and health of employee. 1. Health Issue: As per my view More than 50% of total employee of private sector bank suffered from Sugar, Blood Pressure and other illness and 75% of total employee suffered from depression 2. Accidental Issue: Many employees suffered from accident and injury because of work pressure given by superior 3. Payment Issue: They pressurize employee to work after office hour and never pay overtime, incentives etc. 4. Family Issue: Many time they call after office hours and disturb the family life of employee. Thousands of people work for Private sector bank and most of them suffered from the above issue and illness. Age group of the people who suffered the above issue are 21 to 35 years so I can say that for the sake of profit they are harming youth population I wish to take action against the above point then kindly guide me do we have any laws?
