Make an application seeKing regularisation stating all details before the Government Labour Officer and also seek relief of not terminating your service.  The GLO is bound to initiate conciliation proceedings. If in 45 days no result is reached seek certificate for approaching the Central Government Labour and Industrial Tribunal.
