With respect to the terrace right, it is important to examine the sale deed or lease deed of the property to determine your right over the terrace. There is no specific rule or regulation governing the right of the resident over the terrace of the common area and it is mostly determined by the agreement between the landlord and the tenant or the rights given by the previous owner. Please share the details about the lease agreement or the sale agreement of the property so that we may identify your rights over the terrace.
