Rule for terminating employement contract

What is procedure to terminate employee for Non Performance ? As per company policy if we terminate any employee we have to pay one month salary ? what rule said His Position is Operation Executive(Managerial skills) and drawing salary of 24000

Since the employment contract is very clear, you will have to follow the terms given undert hat. There is no special law for this and you will have to perform in accordance with the contract. In case you do not, the employee can file a case for specific performace of the contract agaisnt the company.
