Salary not paid to new joinee

I joined the company which has taken 20k at the time of joining for training cost they do not have any client they do not have any trainer and they had an bond period of 6 months they are not giving salary too what can I do???

Make sure you have your employment contract with you. File a complaint to your superior or before the accounts department to give your employer an opportunity to presnet his defence. In case there is no response, you can file a case against the employer for the specific performance of the contract.
