i am selling my apartment in kolkata and I am first owner of property and its registered in my name and there is no loan against property would like to what would be the legal charges for the sale proceed and how much of the same should i be bearing

I don't know about kolkatta, however in tamilnadu, it is totally 8% official registration fee plus drafting and other charges.

Enquire with the registration office.
