can a wife who has acquired membership of a society through nomination can nominate only 1 son/ daughter as nominee out of many

Only the titled owner of the flat can nominate a member/nominee.

No, because she is only trustee as she acquired membership of a Society through nomination.

No. Only original member have a right to select nominee. The property will be distributed among 1st class legal heirs I.e. mother, son & daughter. Nominee is only for the purpose of Administration. He can be a owner of the flat
