Sister kidnapped by a boy for marriage
My sister's age is 17 years and 9 months and a boy took away my sister and tried to marry. My sister was also agreed but now my sister is not ready to marry. Now I want put up a case on the boy who kidnaaped.

Section 361 of IPC discusses the law for kidnapping where the boy can be held liable. However in Vardarajan v. State of Madras case there were similar fact where the girl agreed to run away and was considered by court as a mature girl thereby no case of kidnapping was made. But in this case as the girl is not agreeing to get married then you can try to prove that she was lured into and isn't mature enough.
