Unprofessional behaviour of packers and movers

What is the legal course I can take if the Packers and Movers company I used to get my household items from Delhi to Bangalore is 1.) asking me to make an additional payments of Rs. 6350 over and above what is due and 2.) asking me to make the whole payment upfront BEFORE the delivery of goods. The company officials have harassed me over phone and threatened me to damage the goods and take the delivery from Delhi in case I refuse to pay the additional payment. The agreed payment terms were "In Part" and I have signed receipts from the company mentioning this along with the amount due. It has been more than 10 days since the due delivery date and I am in dire need of my goods. Please suggest a course..

In the present case, the agreed payment terms were "In Part" according to the agreement and now if the packers co. is claiming additional amount over the part payment then file the case for the breach of the contract under Section 73 of the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Secondly, file the criminal case for the wrongful confinement of property under Section 347 of IPC, 1860 as for the good which is in possession of the co. and which they are not willing to give. Further, make him liable for the mischief under the Section 425 of the IPC as threatening for destroying the property.
