This is regarding Pharmacist recruitment done by CGHS. from last many years. When there is recruitment of Pharmacist done by CGHS the Upper age limit for General category is 30 years. But from these years the age limit is reduce to 25 which is not justify for Pharmacist recruitment. Respected sir. I want to tell you regarding qualification of Pharmacist & Nurse. 1) Pharmacy is Four years course after 12 science. And 6 months training in Medical. And completed average age 23 years. 2) Nursing is 3.5 years course after 12. And it is also completed on average 23 years. So if both course time duration is same then for nursing recruitment Upper age is 35 years and upper age for pharmacist is 25 years is not justified. At the same time the upper age for Pharmacist in Railway/ Air India / Ordinance factory/AIIMS is also 30 years. Kindly help in this matter. How can court help me to solve the problem?

"But from these years the age limit is reduce to 25 which is not justify for Pharmacist recruitment".

Whether any amendment or Government resolution was passed by the Government for this. If yes then challenge the same before the Hon'ble High court by filing writ petition under article 226 of Constitution of India.

Sir, the government is within its power to make or amend rules of appointment unless it is not arbitrary and infringing on the fundamental rights. As this age restriction, may infringe your right to profession by limiting your chances of application it could be held in violation of your right guaranteed under Article 19 of the Constitution of India.

This in turn derives within you the right to move the High Court against the government, the ministry for health and the director of the CGHS under Article 226 of the Constitution by way of writ of Mandamus. Thus, you may argue and if the court finds the rule to be unreasonable it will increase the age limit back to 30 years. Please avail the services of a litigator savvy with constitutional law.
