What is the validity of a hand written bill exchanged between a buyer and a seller? Will a hand-written bill written by a third person but properly understood and executed by the buyer and seller be valid?

In A C T O Jhalawar vs M/S Hanuman Industries Kota, it was decided by the Court that  law does not prohibit handwrittenbills / invoices. Therefore, your handwritten bills are enforceable in the Court of law [1].
