Validity of child marriage

if parents married a boy at the age of 15-16 to a girl of the same age where the boy and girl never met each other. Can the boy marry another girl at the age of 30-33 without divorce as it is child marriage?

Child marriage is not void but voidable under personal law which means that the parties to the wedding will have to file for a decree of annulity. You must file for decree of annulity right away and then you are free to marry anyone you want.
